hourly rates

• Debian GNU/Linux: 45 Euro/hour (35E/h for foundations)
• GNU/Linux Other: 55 Euro/hour (Ubuntu, RedHat, CentOS, etc)
• OpenSolaris: 55 Euro/hour
• Legacy/proprietary UNIX: 85 Euro/hour (IRIX,Solaris,HP-UX,AIX)

support packages

• Bronze: 165 Euro 4 hours/month
  
• Silver: 400 Euro 10 hours/month
  
• Gold: 780 Euro 20 hours/month
  

hourly rates

Hourly rates are charged for setting up services, installing computers, network setups etc.
All servers with a Debian GNU/Linux operating system installed by us come with security updates at zero cost.

support packages

All our Support packages include 24/7 coverage. It does not distinguish between telephone support, offsite administration (openssh) and even onsite visits (although onsite visits are subject to travel expenses).

• The Bronze Support package includes 4 hours monthly.
  This package is ideal if all your servers are set up and run with little to no maintainance, but you want someone to call in case something goes wrong.

• The Silver Support package includes 10 hours monthly.
  This package is ideal if all your servers are setup but require active maintainance.

• The Gold Support package includes 20 hours monthly.
  This package is ideal if your bussiness is big enough to have its own servers which need active maintainance , but still too small to hire your own system administrator.
